TSMC board to vote Tuesday to build German factory-Handelsblatt

Taiwanese semiconductor manufacturer TSMC's board of directors on Tuesday will decide in favour of building a factory in the German city of Dresden, the Handelsblatt daily reported, citing government sources in Germany.
