No basque sadge. Spain has 6 official languages though mostly 5 are used.

"Avrupa malı al" would be closest/clearest.

Lithuanian is wrong.
"Pirk Europietiškai" is in instrumental case, so it means "buy in European way".
A more correct form would be "Pirk europietišką" (genitive case).
