Ohh that looks really good! Might put this on the list of things to make.
- They used beyond sausage but I would recommend tofurky! Cheaper and I like the flavor! :)
  
  I don't believe I've ever had Tofurky sausage, just their lunch meat and chick'n. I'll have to give it a try!
