As a homeowner, a Dremel. I've replaced half my tools with a single device and counting. Best 80 bucks I've spent on useful stuff in ages. You can get literally anything as an attachment, Lol. I'm waiting for the attachment that will do my taxes.
Yeah I was also scratching my head at this one. It's not quite powerful enough to cut anything other than thin plastic, you're better off using a drill for drilling, though I'll grant that it's great for fine detail sanding
Thanks for the ideas! I was just trying to sharpen scissors the other day and was using a chef's steel. Didn't work. What bit would you recommend for something like that?
You can actually get a sharpening attachment for it that screws into the neck of the tool. Then you use a grinding disc and pass the scissors across it at the set angle. Only need one pass usually. And take the scissors apart first lol
