I don’t think I’d be able to support someone saying “you’re fucking stupid and black” repeatedly to an officer if they were a PoC when the officer was attempting to present the other parties perspective to an inebriate.
There is zero chance, zero, that someone who said "you're fucking stupid and black" while drunk would ever face charges if it weren't a police officer. Pigs don't deserve special treatment.
Add in the racial dynamics and the way that it's just different when you're aiming your statements at the majority, and it becomes very clear how ridiculous this charge is.
