[ABC13] 2 Houstonians at large in connection to deadly human smuggling, kidnapping scheme, FBI says

Eight suspects are in custody after allegedly smuggling migrants, kidnapping them, and recording their beatings at Houston-area hotels to request ransom money from their families, according to the FBI.
