i'd like to think that the people at the icc & icj are waking up to the reality that they're puppets; but my experiences with various law enforcement agencies remind me that they're zealots who don't care, so long as they feel empowered to push their world view onto other people.
If they were puppets, how could they come to their current conclusions? There are real puppets like for example German and now Polish governments, but the issue that icj, icc are facing is that how can you regulate crimes of empires, when they have too much power. Well for now lets at least record their crimes. So that in future they will remain in memory and if the power balance shifts, sanctions will follow.

But in this case that wouldn't make sense. Because the ICC is smart enough to know that if they just completely ignore Israel exterminating an entire country, they will completely lose all credibility that they might of had. The US government, on the other hand, is controlled by insane octogenarians.

Oh ok. Right, so the west (Europe, UK, US) are PRO-Israel, meaning they are AGAINST the arrest warrants for Netenyahu et.al. If the west we're pulling the strings of the ICC, then it wouldn't have issued the warrants in the first place.
It's literally the first time they have ever issued a warrant for a Western ally, and they only did it because they're smart enough to know that not doing it when Israel is publicly exterminating an entire country would destroy all credibility the international court might have.
