[Feature Request] Add option to center floating action button in bottom navigation like Relay

I liked the Relay for reddit style navigation button option added in the recent update. I was a big fan of relay mostly due to its UI.

The recent update to add relay style navigation button in the comments was a big plus for me.

One small tweak that would make it even better is adding an option to center the floating action button within the bottom bar, similar to how Relay handles it.

An option to enable centered floating action button would make the UI even more reminiscent of relay's which I found very intuitive and user friendly.

Loving the updates and look forward to seeing Summit grow as a lemmy app!
