  • This is all very romantic but the reality is a lot more insidious. Lobbyists and big food companies actually drove out natural healthy fats in exchange for cheap oils. They fucked with our idea of what is healthy, driving out sugar and replacing it with chemical sweeteners. The food pyramid was created to get people eating more carbs. The current obesity situation is all in service of profits and the big companies are loving it because fat people eat more!

    If there is one thing that should fuel your weight loss, let it be anger at the system that has allowed us to be manipulated in the name of profit!
