I will probably get these going as community threads before too long, since they were popular on the old site. Sort of said I'd wait for Sync before doing too much.
For now I'll just document my own experience.
Took 50mg this morning, to check whether my suspicion was correct. It sends me to sleep! Took it with 50mg sildenafil to see if there was any truth to the libido-boosting claim, at least for my specific physiology at this point in time. I can honestly say it does nothing for me, at least not anything beneficial.
That's a shame, as the raws were relatively expensive and I was hoping it'd be magical. I was certainly primed for a strong placebo effect.
I know it's complex and perhaps has more to do with androgen-oestrogen ratios, but I was out like a light within the hour. Fortunately it's my day off. Not a glimmer of an effect on my libido.
If anyone wants to add their own experience below, why not.
I didn't notice any changes. Good or bad. Just nothing different. No change in libido. Didn't have the sleep issues you mention either though. Granted it's been several years so I don't remember what my cycle or dosages were at the time.
I assume it shifted my androgen:E2 ratio in such a way that my E2 was effectively crashed, at least transiently, and that's what knocked me out. I guess I get no benefit because I'm not running E2 very high at all. But honestly, was it even a commercially successful drug? Maybe it's just a bit crap.
