Wait, was Captain Kirk a villain?
That one is called the Reclining Reigner trope.
Which is when the hero does it.
Slouch of Villainy is the name of the villain version btw.
Also every Jarl in Skyrim. Or your own character, if you try sitting on their thrones.
I've always found that pose quite funny.
