Had no idea there were so many varieties of foods, I've seen this with other things like apples. Growing up you just think there are "apples" and "olives" and that's it, but it's fascinating to see how much variety there can be within each thing.
It’s kind of funny to notice that. And as I get older, it seems it’s weird to find a fruit/vegetable that doesn’t have multiple varieties of itself. Like cucumbers and tomatoes have so many different types than just one and each serve different purposes depending on what you’d like to prepare.
