I recommend checking out the Granite Backcountry Alliance: https://granitebackcountryalliance.org Volunteers maintain parking and trails in low angle glades throughout New Hampshire and maps and info are provided on the website.
Gives some great options for when conditions don't permit going up to Tuckerman's Ravine.

Check out the book "Best Backcountry Skiing in the Northeast" by David Goodman. Some great lines in there
