Because they're less numerous, even if it was split in half that would be incomprehensible, but the first&only website i searched for gave the same result for the US in 2021(, i chose randomly a recent year).
Why would chinese ethnicity be better than ours ? There's something to learn in this exception, some state of mind which could be inspiring, i.d.k., but i'm surprised yes
