Tonight’s Attenpt

Certainly not perfect but I’m getting better. Left was on a baking sheet, and the right was in a Dutch oven.

Both look good. How’s the crumb?
- Thank you! I added ice to the bottom of the Dutch oven to help crisp it up and that seemed to work well.
Interesting that they look completely different on the outside.
