Reading on a bit more reveals this person let the fraudsters into his account after receiving a call from them pretending to be Revolut, after which he gave him the info needed to gain access.
Although Revolut isn't entirely free of fault, this incident is probably at least mostly attributable to user stupidity.
Absolutely. Revolut customer service is utterly fucking nonexistent, there's no way they would phone you :)
