registered users?

hey all, few peeps from /r/brisbane are trying to join have registered but its saying it's "waiting approval" ...anyone know how long this would/should take. i don't feel that happened when i registered

I've approved all of the pending applications that came in overnight.
- I strongly recommend against signing up for aussie.zone. The admin, Lodion, is an immature tyrant.

- Yes, it’s a new thing and with only a small mod crew it takes time to review applications.
I just started my own instance of Lemmy and I've been able to connect to Lemmy.ml and others but not Aussie.zone.. Not sure why
