been a really long time android user, dont dislike android, but there are a few main things... green bubbles #1 -- with my wife and family, #2 td bank cards -- doesn't let me add a td credit card or debit to my wallet for contactless card (only iOS) #3 facetime, yes ofc my wife wants to facetime me before messenger or google meet/duo
yes, well i love android, and i'm not switching because i'm unhappy, actually the contrary, but was just voicing my thoughts, it's just purely a personal decision and nothing to do with the experience as i'm sure getting used to iphone won't be so seamless but i'm going to give it a shot
I tryed ios just from curiosity in 2018, it isnt like android didnt serve me well, it certanly did but i like to explore and thats why i tryed ios. But i liked it better so i switched and from that day to today im still on ios and i like wery much latest update ( Ios18 ).
But i hierd latest android is wery good in aspect of efficiency, managing background processes etc and im wery glad because of that.
Wrong direction, pal. Yeah five to ten years ago maybe. But iPhone is sucking and sucking worse by the goddamn hour nowadays. I’m pretty sure I am on my last Apple device. I’m pretty sure the day Steve Jobs died, the board of directors all did a collective hands-together-shuffle and said okay, boys, now we can dispense with this silly insistence on perfection, and start to rake in some easy lazy money by shoveling dung.
Meanwhile, Android started to get more reliable and better performing rather rapidly. There’s such a wide variety of options and all except the top top at far better prices. iPhone is stagnant. They JUST implemented the ability to place icons however you want - like Android has done since day 1, and it’s buggy as hell. They take away good features because they decide they don’t like how it looks. They haven’t made anything significantly better in a long time, and autocorrect is at this point just off the rails.
