More than a million mail-in ballot requests were canceled in three counties in January. Democrats say they're working to stem the effects of the change.
I really like mail in ballots. It's frustrating to see people push against them to such a degree. I don't think they are meaningfully more susceptible to voter fraud (but I'd happily change my mind with more data). They enable more people to vote and that is a good thing.
Mail-in ballots make it easier to vote. I love them. You know, if they are going to make it harder to vote by eliminating them, they need to replace that with things that will make it easier to vote. Like:
Make Election Day a national holiday
Fund mass transit to make it free to travel to the polls
Special exceptions for those who are disabled, seriously ill, etc. who cannot make it to the polls in person
