Interestingly, apparently the current gen pokemon introduced ancient and robotic take of current pokemon, so this really looks canonical.
oh yeah, that’s true! i only really keep up with the tcg lately, and i had made this so long ago that it had never really occurred to me. i appreciate you pointing that out, haha
