No. They are regurgitation machines prone to hallucinations. With the right prompt you can makke then say what you want.
they also have very little ability to asses infomation. If you tell them part of their response won't work because of x they reply without that part but not by reassessing taking x into consideration. they will be the biggest consumers and spreaders of conspiracy theories as they are now.
