So satisfactory has been a game in the corner of my eye but I don’t know much about the game, is it worth the money. The only automation game I’ve played is palworld and I wouldn’t consider that automation and I’ve also played space engineers which I’ve been told is similar in the fact of hooking everything together
It's actually really good if you like FPS, Farming for ressources and building. I spent a lot of time in the game, but not enough time imo, I'll need to play more!
I personally haven't played using a server until now, and that feeling of exploration you get when logging onto a minecraft server where others have been building things while you were away is amazing, and I think it could be really add a lot to satisfactory.
I have 2000 hours in the game. I can say it's been the most worthwhile game I've ever played. Honestly for what you get, it's one of the few games I think deserved to be priced at 100, but I admit that's probably not a very popular opinion :)
I really want to try playing with just a bunch of people, more like a public minecraft server where a bunch of people are building a ton of stuff all over the map. Have you done that? Most of my hours are in my own games, with a friend joining for a stint here and there, but mostly it being just me.
You can eventually get there building small, leaving the game to run and contribute to project assembly, but with a team, you can go BIG. DMd the deets!
Absolutely, you'll want to spend some time figuring out the game's systems, watching youtube videos, doing the tutorial in single player, and/or asking someone on the server to teach to you, but everyone of every skill level is welcome.
I'd be interested in playing on the server, though I'll be busy the next few days so I'd not be able to contribute a ton of time. As long as that's cool I'm down! I may even have a friend who'd be willing to join
@[email protected] and @[email protected], already DMd the joinlink, pinging to let you know I edited the post with an invite link to the steam group for the server.
