Trossard obviously wants more minutes and when Martinelli plays as poorly as he did, Trossard deserves to ask questions. Now he's created a problem was Arteta in the next match. This is what it means to play for a team with a decent squad.

Leo came through for us again. Raya with some massive saves. Saliba being the absolute stalwart we've needed for years. Watkins, for missing 100% of the chances he took.

It's so refreshing not to have to worry about our backline even with subs. The team is playing with even more maturity and composure. Villa absolutely got rattled after the first, that's going to cost them in the Champions League, and hopefully a lesson we learned from last season.
