Should be $25 billion instead. Maybe then the rich asshole owners/investors would pay attention to the fucking rules.
Amazon made about $513 billion in 2022. So this fine amounts to less than a half hour of revenue.
Very nice, now fine them an amount that actually hurts their shareholders.
