TIL never trust a work van hauling a ladder that's never been used.
- I was thinking the same, if the ladder does not have splashes of paint and cement all over it's sus.

How much does it cost?

This could be a fun project for someone to turn it into something else
- It was starting at $10k with an undisclosed reserve price.
  
  Cheaper than most vans nowadays.
- Or a fun gadget for a stalker.
