Conservative activist files federal complaint against UW-Madison over pro-Palestinian rally

Zachary Marschall, the editor-in-chief of conservative watchdog Campus Reform, said he's filed 21 Title VI complaints against universities after conversations with Jewish college students who are afraid to speak out.
