Another entertaining film from FortNine
Fair enough, but after Ryan talked me into buying an Alpinestars Halo last year -- which is kind of crap, incidentally -- I find myself giving his recommendations a little more of the ol' side-eye than I used to.
Hmm, that's a bummer. He also said he was removing the pads from his moto gear which turned out to be one of his more controversial statements. That said, his theories are usually based on science. Gear is pretty subjective, so it's good to use your best judgement. The Klim Switchback pants he likes in the video are not waterproof which is a deal breaker for me. And I'm leaving my pads in.
