Count how many memes Sonic himself has spawned, he's got nothing on Eggman. "I'll have to give myself a promotion," "Scrub Monkey IIIrd class," and who could forget Pingas? Even in modern day we have "The Angriest Man who ever lived," "I've come to make an Announcement," (granted that's from a fan work), and there's the entirety of Jim Carrey's Robotnik!

Sonic may think he has quips for days, but he's got nothing on Eggman. He's the greatest comedian of our time.
