I've made a spicy chickpea and veg soup thing.
3 0 ReplyIngredients: Sambal oelek, tin of tomatoes, onion, spices, chickpeas, zucchini, champignons, topped with yogurt, spring onions and parsley.
Was very good. 5/5 yum yums.

Some rice crackers with hommous and sweet chilli. Have a sweet potato in the oven. Don't know what to top it with yet.
(Lunch was lentil Bol so small dinner)
