I've been keeping an eye on the 7800X3D lately and spotted this deal instead, and immediately snapped it up. It's currently $100 cheaper than the current lowest-priced 7800X3D.
- That's a really good deal to save $100 and get most of the gaming performance, plus the extra cores for productivity work.

I think this is already over. 7900X3D is now showing as $509, where the 7800X3D is $489. Good score if you got it for under $400.
