I was there a year ago and now I'm trying to get under 30 seconds solves. Just so you're aware this isn't the end of the road but the start of the journey.
Fuck I've been cubing for going on 15 years and I'm just starting to consistently get under 30 seconds. Consistently but not even a majority of the time... I don't know how you all progress so fast
awesome, welcome to the obsession! :) as others have noted, it never ends. "I gotta get sub-1-minute!" ... "I gotta get sub-50!" ... "I gotta get sub-30!".... etc. I definitely have to remind myself to enjoy it some days.
CFOP is a method (more optimized version of LBL(Layer by Layer))
PLL is an algorithm set used to Permute the Last Layer (which can be split into 2 steps or looks). I'm not familiar with CFOP so I don't know if 4 look PLL is a thing.
I use the Roux method and I highly recommend trying out other methods! It's harder to learn them once you're set in your ways :P
