Police believe the 29-year-old man died from a self-inflicted gunshot wound after they tried to negotiate with him from about midday yesterday.
- The siege began after 12.15pm on Sunday
- About 8.50am on Monday a woman emerged from the home
- An investigation into the surrounding circumstances continues

"The man was wanted by police for some serious matters which dated back to 2021 … they were domestic violence related matters and matters relating firearms."
Domestic violence and firearms matters would seem to be pretty good indications of the circumstances.
