The president officially proclaimed June 2024 to be Pride Month in an announcement on Friday.
We ended the disgraceful practice of banning gay and bisexual men from donating blood.
The other stuff is really good too. But just removing the humiliation around this is really nice. And the new guidelines make donating safer for everyone.
Hopefully the UK can finally catch up on this as well....
