Anyone know why the Lemmit bot got banned?

I tried looking it up in the modlog, but it doesn't seem to go back far enough

Spamming I guess. It is a bot that copy and paste content (posts) from reddit in bulk. I think it's a good call
Probably because it's hugely annoying and a waste of space.
