Looks like @[email protected], formerly a transcriber for r/TranscribersOfReddit, is occasionally doing freelance transcriptions on Lemmy in their spare time. This post directly hyperlinks the Lemmy community that Murdo looks to be using to aggregate all their transcriptions via comment permalinks.
Here is a relative macro link: [email protected] . Although I don't think it'll show any posts for RBlind users until someone from this instance first subscribes to Murdo's lemmy.world community, in order for ActivityPup to forward on new posts and comments.
Alternatively, folks could also follow Murdo's user comments via mastodon for push notifications, e.g:
To view the context (from mastodon) of the lemmy post that a transcription comments on, you can navigate to the More menu (or dot-dot-dot icon) on the toot view of the lemmy comment, then click Expand this post to view the context as more toots, or Open original page to navigate directly to the lemmy instance hosting the post.
That's odd. Directly clicking this link redirects to the user page on lemmy.world, where as if you search for the lemmy user name in the search bar via mastodon, then click on the user there, you can get to the same URL without being redirected away from mastodon.social... Very confusing.
