  • Good. His defense of "But I didn't know" is a sack of horseshit. If you're the boss you SHOULD know because you SHOULD be asking the questions, not hiding your head in the sand.

    • Yeah I totally agree. You are put in that position of being the head coach to lead and manage your team . In order to do this the head coach must know what is happening on and off the field with your team and staff.
