I'm gonna be honest, I've no idea what to call this as the image says something completely different from what the Gamepress calls it.

Had some spare OP so decided to give it a try (no particular goals over the next few months)
Absolutely a trap banner. It guarantees a 6 star will be new
it does not guarantee that you will get a 6 star at all.
So basically prepare for loads of 5 star pulls.
The 6 star new guarantee sounds good....the 6 star itself not being guaranteed on the other hand....
Plus there's too many banners coming up, including the MH one
