Ah, he didn't announce his SPECIAL APPEARANCE in red ink and a 45 degrees slant, did he?
He did, but the American flag in the courtroom had a gold fringe so it didn't count under maritime law.
Damn that one is tricky. He should've sent them a letter of intent to remove the flag signed in good faith before the trial. Classic blunder.
I honestly can't tell if you're quoting actual sovcit lunacy, or we're just playing Calvinball.
