What is this huge road (rail?) track seen from a flight somewhere near the New Mexico/Texas border? [SOLVED]

I used a reverse google image search and found out it’s the Goodyear proving grounds in San Angelo, TX

- Without zooming in, I was thinking particle accelerator. But then I zoomed in and saw the other tracks and was all sorts of confused.
