Oakland is still drowning in abandoned vehicles. The problem is worsening.

Maybe the state should help store the abandoned vehicles? It's not the fault of Oakland taxpayers that vehicles get dumped in their city. Also the state should consider using their CHP officers to investigate if organized crime is responsible for the surplus of abandoned stolen vehicles, and try to make arrests.
