I have seen that too. I didn't find anything but will definitely be keeping an eye on this post.
I have never had Mull reset about:config. I just tried it multiple times and all my settings stayed the same.

  not my case. maybe you're monolingual? maybe your local and language settings are the same? maybe your system and browser language is the same?

  I have used Mull on multiple devices and have never encountered that issue. I do not believe that reverting about:config settings is a feature of Mull. Perhaps that itself is an issue with some setting, I do not know.
