Is this expected? Remote communities on the local feed?

I have the feed set to local, but this post looks like it's from beehaw.org. Is that expected or a bug?

Sometimes I've had issues where cached posts/comments stay on my screen when I navigate somewhere else, was it still there after refreshing?
- I didn't actually notice. The main feed seems really inconsistent in general so it wouldn't surprise me if refreshing fixed it.
