[Feature Request] Don't Hide One's Own Content with Hide "Show Read Posts" but hide others

Dev seems to be inactive

Would be better to post this on the Git repo to get the devs attention.

seems to have gotten changed actually or I now can view profile posted content while keeping show read posts toggled off. I did submit a request PR and a nice coffee donation - but didn’t see it was addressed - but who cares. i’m happy
