[META] Linking to Reddit

I don't see an equivalent of r/respectthreads on Lemmy.

Is it acceptable to link to r/respectthreads posts to provide more info?

I guess I should just post first, and link to respectthreads in the comments. If that's no good, any mod can simply remove the comment.
