Ump wipes down Cards' Gallegos after rosin use

Cardinals right-hander Giovanny Gallegos had his left arm cleaned off with a towel by an umpire, who told him it was illegal to hit his glove hand with a rosin bag during St. Louis' 3-0 win over the White Sox.
