King Charles III has commenced treatment for cancer, palace reveals

The king had been treated in hospital last month for a benign prostate condition, but during the stay in hospital, the palace said "a separate issue of concern was noted". The 75-year-old has begun treatment and will stand down from public-facing duties while that continues.
