The beginning was complete trash. No context for anything. I feel like the writers were a lil confused there, but the following episodes got a lot better. Also not entirely wholesome tho, pretty fucked up plot at points. Overall worth watching i believe, but we will have to wait for the rest of the show...
The manga starts like that as well but it explains stuff later on.
