If the price is right, I wouldn't mind having a couple cable testers "just in case"
But are bad USB-C cables even that much of a thing anymore? It was complete insanity for the first year or two. But as long as you buy from a reputable-ish brand at this point there are no issues anymore?
I don't think it's too bad at 25€, one should be enough
