They aren't. I'm guessing there some bug in the federation between this communities instance, and yours.
Just for detail, it's still showing up as stickied for me, here from lemm.ee
Seems fine when I open https://lemm.ee/c/[email protected] in an incognito tab - no stickied Canadian GP threads.
Maybe try logging out, clearing cookies for lemm.ee and then logging back in?
