Do you play with mouse or tablet?
As a first post on this community, I thought it would be fitting.
So, what do you play with? I'm a mouse player but I just recently got a tablet, and I'm absolutely terrible with it haha. Could be worse.. but I'm certainly not as good as I am with mouse. My aim suffers a lot on smaller patterns but it is improved greatly with cross-map jumps, which I expected tbh.
Update: I've totally given up on tablet. Mouse works best for me! I'm way too shaky with a pen, even when dragging :/
It takes usually quite a bit to get used to tablet. It took me a few months before I could see that my aim wasn't shaky and that I improved a lot. I don't play as much anymore, mainly just map and when I do my aim is really shaky and unstable, but when I get used to it again then it's back to like it was. So you might need to just get more used to it or just play with mouse. Really up to you :)
In 2015 I played with tablet for about a year, so it's definitely been a while but not too foreign a concept for me. I can't remember if I was shaky back then as well.. I got the same exact tablet I was used to but maybe that was a mistake.
Ah well, I really enjoy using mouse these days!
So you're a mapper? That's neat! I've stuck my toes in mapping once or twice but they always come out looking like a 2012 map lmao. Feel free to share some of yours if you're comfortable with it!
